Portable charging builtr around the user’s day.

For power banks and mobile accessories, capacity is only one part of the brief. Ports, input/output profiles, size and the destination market shape the product.

Define the portable use case first.

A pocket-size bank for a phone, a multi-port travel accessory and a solar-assisted model answer different customer needs. JIALU offers PD/QC, semi-solid and solar power-bank directions. We begin with your target devices, required energy and port behavior, then narrow the design and documentation needed for the chosen market.

Three decisions that shape the power solution.

Usable capacity

Distinguish cell capacity from delivered energy after conversion losses.

Charging direction

Check USB-C input for recharging the bank and output profiles for the target devices.

Travel & logistics

Ask for model-specific battery documentation, labeling and shipping details for the market.

Where the solution fits.

Use these as selection directions. Final compatibility follows the exact device and product specifications.

Daily phone top-ups
Compact power bank with the appropriate USB-C/USB-A output.
Tablet and multi-device travel
Higher-capacity or multi-port model with verified shared output.
Outdoor day trips
Portable bank; solar input, if offered, should be evaluated as a supplemental charging feature.
Branded accessory bundles
Power bank and compatible wall charger specified as one customer-facing kit.

Choose from the application, not a headline wattage.

A portable power product is sold by an attractive capacity number, but it is qualified by an electrical and documentation package. Capacity in mAh is normally tied to cell voltage; usable energy at a USB output is lower after conversion. A travel-oriented brand also needs to know watt-hours, port behavior, battery transport documentation and the rules of its destination market. JIALU’s PD/QC, semi-solid and solar power-bank families provide starting directions; the chosen model’s complete electrical and battery data determines the final offer.

WHAT TO VALIDATE

Pocket daily carry

Compact bank for a phone

Start with the PD/QC power-bank category and

define size and output.

Confirm cell Wh, delivered energy and device charge

profile for the actual model

Tablet or multi-device trip

Multi-port bank with suitable total output

Shortlist a model only after ports and combinedoutput are supplied.

Test simultaneous use, recharge time and enclosuretemperature.

Outdoor accessory

Bank with supplemental solar feature

if available

JIALU lists a Solar Power Bank category.

Ask for the actual panel rating and tested recharge

conditions; do not promise wall-equivalent charging

Branded power kit

Bank plus compatible GaN wall

charger and cable

Use the charger catalog as a complementary

What the specification needs to resolve.

mAh and Wh answer different questions

A hypothetical 10,000mAh cell pack at a nominal 3.7V represents about 37Wh (10Ah × 3.7V). That is not 10,000mAh delivered at 5V USB output, because the electronics convert voltage and lose some energy as heat. Publish the chosen model’s rated energy and stated test conditions, and avoid claiming a fixed number of phone recharges without specifying the phone and conditions.

For comparisons across different cell voltages or products, Wh is more useful than a naked mAh number. The final product label should use the exact tested design.

Input power matters as much as output

A bank can output USB-C PD yet recharge itself at a different rate. Ask for separate input and output profiles, whether pass-through use is supported, and how output changes with multiple connected devices. Device compatibility needs the bank, cable and device to align.

A laptop charging claim requires the exact bank to offer a supported PD profile and sufficient sustained output; the presence of a USB-C port is not evidence by itself.

Battery documentation is product-specific

Cell chemistry, pack construction, protection design and transport documents belong to the exact model. For airline use, rules are expressed in Wh and can change by authority and carrier. The FAA’s passenger guidance gives a common reference for US travel, but a seller must check current local and airline rules for the target route.

Before approving a branded shipment, request the appropriate battery test summary, applicable transport classification, product safety evidence, labeling and packaging details from the supplier. Do not borrow documents from another capacity or cell variant.

What to check before choosing a model.

A useful inquiry states the measurable requirement and the conditions under which it matters.

Capacity & energy

Rated mAh at cell voltage, Wh and expected delivered output.

Input/output

Port type, PD/QC profiles, power sharing and recharge time under stated conditions.

Battery design

Cell chemistry, protection functions and enclosure requirements of the exact model.

Market documents

Model-specific transport, safety and conformity records where applicable.

From shortlist to approved sample.

01

Define the target devices, expected operating time and physical size constraints.

02

Compare rated Wh with measured delivered energy at a specified output load.

03

Test bank input recharge, each output and combined-port behavior.

04

Review heating, protection responses and repeated use on the selected model.

05

Approve model-specific battery transport and market documents before packaging or shipping.

A product range and an OEM route for your brief.

Catalog-backed shortlisting

Compare listed GaN and PD chargers, wall and desktop adapters, and power-bank families against the actual device requirement.

Project-specific configuration

Discuss output, plug, cable, housing, branding and packaging options according to the selected model and OEM program.

Documentation for the chosen SKU

Review the company’s quality and approval overview, then request current documents for the exact model and destination market.

Common questions

Answers before you specify.

Does a 10,000mAh bank deliver 10,000mAh at USB output?

The cell rating and delivered USB energy are different measures because voltage conversion has losses. Compare watt-hours and tested output under defined conditions.

No. The output profile and wattage must match the laptop’s USB-C input. Confirm the exact model and cable.

Solar performance varies with panel area and sunlight. Treat it as supplemental unless the selected model’s measured data supports another use.

Ask for the exact model’s battery transport and applicable market-compliance documents, plus the datasheet and test conditions.

The cell figure is usually measured at nominal cell voltage. Output delivery at USB voltage includes conversion losses and depends on the load and test conditions.
